Main Contributor / Operations Manager: Thanh Van Nguyen (Designed the UX flow, mapped user journeys, and managed the deployment).

Overview

TL;DR: To eliminate repetitive, error-prone manual tasks in onboarding students at UX Foundation, we automated the entire workflow using n8n to connect Google Calendar, Google Drive, Discord, Google Sheets, and our PostgreSQL database. This system reduced manual operational workload by over 80%, ensured 100% data consistency, and significantly upgraded the initial student experience.
